Welcome to ESL Speak Easy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ESL Speak Easy website ("Site") and the services provided by ESL Speak Easy ("Services" or “Subscriptions). By accessing or using the Site and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.
By accessing or using the Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Site and Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you also represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms.
ESL Speak Easy reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Site and Services after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Each subscription “monthly” and “annual” are for individual teacher use only.
Subscription Plans are subject to automatic re-billing and will automatically renew at the end of the plan’s billing cycle.
Users may cancel the Recurring Payment at any time with their account. As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not issue refunds after a subscription purchase or subscription renewal.
Once a payment is made, no refunds will be offered. All members receive a weekly email which serves as a reminder of a user’s subscription. In addition, users can see time remaining and all subscription information with their user dashboard.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
ESL Speak Easy uses device and IP tracking software. If multiple devices / IPs log in to the same account, the account will be blocked. No refunds will be issued.
ESL Speak Easy provides English learning educational content. The use of the content is for individual use only.
It is forbidden to share an account with any other persons. ESL Speak Easy users software to track device and IP access. If multiple users are found to be using the same account, the account will be blocked.
It is forbidden to share ESL Speak Easy content. You cannot share content with other people via the internet, in-person or any other method. Sharing ESL Speak Easy is forbidden in all circumstances.
a. Access and Registration: You must create an account to access certain features of the Site and Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. User Content: You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or share content on the Site, including comments and feedback ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant ESL Speak Easy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content.
c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

b. Trademarks: ESL Speak Easy, the ESL Speak Easy logo, and other ESL Speak Easy trademarks and trade names are the property of ESL Speak Easy and may not be used without permission.
Your use of the Site and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Site. By using the Site and Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
ESL Speak Easy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
ESL Speak Easy provides the Site and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site and Services. Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.
ESL Speak Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, United Kingdom and foreign countries without regard to its conflict of law principles.
